As part of our early consultation on proposals for Derby MADE, we would like to gather your views. We are seeking input on our communities’ use and access to the Market Place and city centre, and how Derby MADE could, or should, play its role in helping to transform our city.

A mix of uses for the building have been considered and one of the options we wish to explore for Derby MADE is the inclusion of a library facility at the heart of a new landmark community building. To aid our decision-making process the project team have prepared a survey in order to get a better understanding of how people currently use the city and the Riverside Library, why they might not, and what they might be looking for in a new community focused building.
