  • VINCI UK Developments and ION Property Developments deliver regeneration projects using a community focused collaborative approach to engage with local stakeholders, prioritising social impact outcomes, sustainability, high-quality design and long-term added value to the area.
  • Following a competitive process VINCI and ION were selected as the Council’s preferred development partner. Since then, the team has been refining a high-level vision for the regeneration of the Market Place area over the last 18 months.
