Public consultation : coming soon

VINCI UK Developments and Ion Developments, working in partnership with Derby City Council, are preparing a planning application to revitalise the Market Place area in Derby City Centre and invite you to take part in consultation about this vision.

Following consultation earlier this summer on DerbyMADE, this consultation will provide details on the wider masterplan proposals for the redevelopment of the former Assembly Rooms and surroundings. The emerging proposal for the site includes new office space, a hotel and a flexible, multi-purpose building with opportunities for community, commercial and cultural uses.

The vision is to regenerate and revitalise this part of the city centre with a development of several new buildings and the creation of high-quality public realm and spaces for people to enjoy.
